9/21/09 2009 Fall Reception to recognize and introduce faculty and staff
- New and award-winning faculty will be recognized at the 2009 Fall Reception, slated for Tuesday, Oct. 6 from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm in the Clayton Williams Alumni Center.

Four faculty members will be awarded with The Association of Former Students College-Level Teaching Awards. -
Two faculty members will be awarded with College of Liberal Arts Research Awards.
2009 Fall Reception to recognize and introduce faculty and
staff
Six liberal arts faculty will be recognized at the 2009 Fall Reception slated for Tuesday, Oct. 6 from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm in the Clayton Williams Alumni Center.
Norma Arizpe, senior lecturer in Hispanic studies; Tom Green, associate professor of anthropology; Michael LeBuffe, associate professor of philosophy; and Michelle Taylor-Robinson, associate professor and director of undergraduate programs in political science, will be awarded with The Association of Former Students College-Level Teaching Awards.
Stephen Daniel, professor of philosophy, and Larry Reynolds, professor of English and the Thomas Franklin Mayo Professor in Liberal Arts, will be awarded with College of Liberal Arts Research Awards.
In addition, department heads and interdisciplinary program directors will introduce new faculty from their respective units.
