President's Meritorious Service Award

The President’s Meritorious Service Awards are presented to Texas A&M University staff for their service to the University. The awards are presented by the President of Texas A&M and are funded by The Association of Former Students. Originally established in 1986, the awards have grown to annually recognize 20 outstanding staff members and one team. Nominations are accepted for employees who have a minimum of two years service with Texas A&M; are below the level of department head, unit head or director; and are budgeted at least 50 percent with Texas A&M.
