Kim Hill was newly appointed to the Cullen-McFadden Professorship of Political Science in 2008, and as such, will receive his first allotment of funding in 2009. This year the professorship will enhance Hill’s research regarding democratic political routines in American politics and the public policy consequences of differing levels of democratization and representation. In addition, Hill is collaborating with Patricia Hurley on the topic of representational behavior of members of the U.S. Congress.
